An exemplary 401(k) savings plan

Continental Fire Sprinkler Company's 401(k) is in the top 2 percent of company contributions offered in the United States and is unparalleled in the industry. The company contributes up to 10 percent of your salary by:

  • Matching your weekly contribution dollar for dollar, up to the first 6 percent of your weekly salary
  • Making an annual contribution of 4 percent

All non-manual employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following one calendar month of service. You may choose from a diverse set of 12 funds plus a self-directed brokerage to invest your savings portfolio. All contributions are made on a pre-tax basis.
